Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility & Timeframes

New, unworn, and unaltered items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, protective materials, manuals, and warranty cards

Items that have been worn, sized, altered, or are missing original components are not eligible for return.


Return Authorization Process

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to being shipped.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

Once your RA# has been issued, the item must be shipped within 7–10 days.


Return Shipping Instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all non-defective returns, including returns due to personal preference such as size or style.

Please ensure that:

• The return is shipped using an insured, trackable shipping method
• The insurance value matches the original purchase price
• The RA# is clearly displayed on the outside of the package
• All original contents, documentation, and any included items are returned

Return labels are not provided for standard returns.


Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

• Unworn and undamaged
• Unaltered and unsized
• Complete with all original materials and packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection is completed. Original and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns received after the allowed return window or without an RA# may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return to Sender

Packages returned to sender for any reason will incur return shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund.

International Orders & Returns

All international purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

If an international shipment is returned to sender, all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import fees will be deducted from the refund.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and supporting photos or video.

Once reviewed, you will receive instructions for returning the item. All standard return conditions apply unless otherwise specified.


Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be modified once placed. Due to fast processing times, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once a shipping label has been created, orders can no longer be canceled. However, eligible items may still be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.
